In collaboration with Trappad ln Zone One, Alex Cullen, Nacho Welles, NCS, and Tower Hamlets Council

A wonderful community collaboration with Trapped in Zone One, Alex Cullen, Nacho, and the students from Mulberry. The Shadwell eco awareness mural brightens up Dellow Street with positive messaging to making small changes for our future through recycling, and sustainable living. The characters are representative of the local area paying homage to Mulberry schools participation with the iconic maroon colour of their uniform. As well as the combination of green and red colours nod to the prominent Bangladeshi population as it is derived from the flag 🇧🇩

This project was very close to my heart as I used to play on Dellow Street as a child whilst visiting my aunt who lived there. It was my first home when I moved to London as an adult. This mural is now among my many fond memories of Shadwell.
